We use Canada Post/Swift Post and ship from Toronto, Ontario. 

Our Canada Post Standard shipping option currently does not come with a tracking code.

Please note, in some cases deliveries may take longer than expected. All carriers have informed us that patience may be required as we all adjust to new shopping — and shipping — realities and safety precautions. We will not refund for shipping costs as these circumstances are out of our control. Selecting faster shipping methods does not guarantee it will arrive without delay.
