RETURNS
Because SimplyFloss is a personal dental hygiene product, we cannot accept returns if the package has been opened or the product has been used.
If you think your product has a manufacturing defect, we’ve got you covered! SimplyFloss offers a 30-day guarantee from the date of purchase.
To return an item, you must first get approval from us. Please email us at hello@simplyfloss.com to request a return.
Important: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to send the item back to us unless we tell you otherwise.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds after your order has been shipped. All sales are final due to the personal nature of our products.
If you want to cancel or change your order before it has been shipped, please contact us at hello@simplyfloss.com. In this case, we can offer a refund or exchange.
Note: If a refund is approved, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
If your order has shipped but hasn’t arrived yet, it may just be delayed. Please contact us for help tracking your package.
