SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING WITHIN NORTH AMERICA & UK

We use Canada Post and Stallion Express/USPS to ship from Toronto, Ontario.

Domestic Shipping

Our Canada Post Standard shipping option currently does not come with a tracking code.

Please note, in some cases deliveries may take longer than expected. All carriers have informed us that patience may be required as we all adjust to new shopping — and shipping — realities and safety precautions.

We will not refund for shipping costs as these circumstances are out of our control. Selecting faster shipping methods does not guarantee it will arrive without delay.

International Shipping

International shipments are not guaranteed and do not qualify for refunds, cancellations or exchanges.

International shipments may have additional duties and taxes. Please check with your customs department for further information. Please note we are not responsible for any additional duties or tariffs that may be accumulated upon arrival to the destination country.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed through our website normally ship within 1-2 business days. On rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we do experience stockouts/backorders, which can cause a longer delay in an order. If this happens we will do our best to contact you promptly.
