Returns and Replacements
Because SimplyFloss is a personal dental hygiene product, we, unfortunately, cannot accept any returns. If you would like some replacement floss, send us an email with pictures, and we will happily send you more floss, free of charge.
All of our items are checked for quality, if for any reason, your items are damaged prior to using them, do not hesitate to contact us.
We do not provide refunds after the order has been shipped*. All items are final sale due to the nature of the item.
If you would like to change or cancel your order, prior to its fulfillment, please contact us. You may request a refund or an exchange in this case.
*Note: if your order has been shipped but you have not received it yet, you are not entitled to a refund. Our courier is experiencing delays in their shipping times.
